Our Terms of Service
This document, referred to as the 'Agreement,' constitutes an understanding between you – the user of our hosting and related services (collectively, 'the Services') – and Hosting tweb.host, in association with LiquidNet US LLC, a US company with its main office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and LiquidNet Ltd., a UK company with its main office in London, UK. All billing and hosting services are provided by LiquidNet US LLC and LiquidNet Ltd., with billing operations managed accordingly. Legal information concerning these two companies can be found in the 'Customer Service Contact Information' section of this document.
For brevity, Hosting tweb.host, LiquidNet US LLC, and LiquidNet Ltd. will be referred to as 'We,' 'Us,' 'Our,' and 'Service Provider' in this document.
This document outlines all aspects of our order verification process. Its purpose is to inform you about our policy regarding Internet fraud. Our company maintains a strict policy of scrutinizing each new order and verifying the payment details of every new customer.
How does the verification procedure work?
-
Step 1. You initiate an order for a hosting account with us using our order form. A financial transaction follows via your selected payment method.
-
Note: If you attempt to pay for a service, but the payment does not go through for some reason, you will receive a one-time email from our Sales Department detailing the requested service and the steps needed to complete the payment.
-
-
Step 2. We receive a notification email from our authorized payment processor (e.g., PayPal, WorldPay, 2CheckOut) regarding the transaction.
-
Step 3. An order verification procedure begins within one hour after the notification is received (this period may be longer on weekends).
-
Step 4. One of our sales representatives compares your IP location with your billing address and the location information provided in your hosting account.
-
Step 5. Payment confirmation by phone is conducted at a time convenient for you. If we cannot reach you by phone, we will send you an email requesting an alternative phone number where you can be reached to confirm the payment. If, within a 48-hour period, you still have not confirmed the payment, the order will be cancelled, and the account will be blocked.
-
Important: All new PayPal payments initially arrive with an ‘Authorized’ status, but no funds are cleared into our account at that point. Within 48 hours, the ‘Authorized’ status should update to either ‘Capture’ (if we approve the payment) or ‘Void’ (if we fail to approve it). Funds will be cleared into our account only if and when the payment status changes to ‘Capture.’ Please be aware that your successfully cleared payment will consequently show up with both ‘Authorized’ and ‘Capture’ statuses in your PayPal statement. This does NOT mean you have been charged twice for the service.
We assume no responsibility if, during the order verification process, the domain name you selected is registered by someone else. We register domain names only after payment has been confirmed. If this occurs, you may wish to register an alternative domain name(s).
